Enjoy the visual and performing arts at Central Pennsylvania’s summer extravaganza!

The Festival’s well known Sidewalk Sale and Exhibition features 325 juried artists and craftsmen from across the country and is one of the nation’s top fine art and craft shows You can also enjoy a wide variety of music, dance, and theatre, on both outdoor and indoor stages. The Festival’s Italian Street Painting Festival revives the centuries old art of “painting” on the street using special pastels.  A juried gallery exhibition, a banner competition, and a 10K run all are part of what makes the Arts Festival such a special event.
