Dear PRAA Member, Colleague or Constituent:

Since its inception in 1989, the Pennsylvania Rural Arts Alliance (PRAA) has offered workshops and technical assistance and has served as an advocacy voice for small arts organizations and individual artists throughout western Pennsylvania. We are seeking your perspective on the current state of the arts and artists in our rural area and your view of PRAA's place and function in our community.
